Barefoot Ranch is an ideal environment to let your child free-range while you pop open the laptop, catch up on your scrapbooking or just have a cup of coffee and talk with other moms. Be together--but apart (you know what I mean!).

Your kids, ages 0-8, will find a home here. Barefoot Ranch is a safe, loving place for them to do their jobs: explore, run, dig, jump, climb, paint, learn and play all day. At Barefoot Ranch, kids have their own living room, art room, and a library full of books, games and toys. They have an enclosed back yard with a playhouse, huge sandbox, and a mini trampoline to get their bouncies out. In the front yard they have free-range space, a climbing tree, a hill, a climbing dome and plenty of room to explore nature. We believe strongly in mixed-age playing and learning, attachment parenting (while they need it), free-range parenting (when they're ready to detach), and play-based and project-based learning and playing--combined with lots and lots of outdoors time!
